He began his career at two Big 4 firms, focusing on external audits, risk assessments, and financial compliance in diverse industries, including manufacturing, energy, and the public sector. Muhammad led commercial finance and business development for one of Pakistan’s largest industrial groups, where he drove project feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and financial strategy for multi-entity operations.

Muhammad’s expertise are focused on managing group-level budgeting, financial controls, and strategic project analyses across healthcare, energy, and industrial sectors. His work in corporate structuring, financial projections, and stakeholder coordination has been key to his advancement, underscoring his leadership in aligning financial insights with business objectives.
